CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A portrait of two young children standing in front of their parent, who is seated behind them. A blonde figure is standing on the right side of the painting in the foreground, wearing a white shirt and blue overalls (clothing). Behind them is a brown-haired figure in a brown shirt at the centre of the image. The parent fills the frame of the image, wearing a striped yellow, pink and red shirt with billowing white sleeves. They are sitting with their shoulders back and chin tilted up, their arms around their children in front. The wooden frame of the chair is visible behind her with a purple fabric and a green leaf motif. Part of a tree with green leaves and orange fruit is seen on the left. The background is covered in gold leaf.
